Father Andrew Todd a member of the family of St. Patrick’s Church, was ordained as a priest of The Institute of Christ the King Sovereign Priest which is a Society of Apostolic Life of Pontifical Right whose goal is the honor of God and the sanctification of priests in the service of the Church and souls. An integral part of the Institute’s charism is the use of the traditional Latin Liturgy of 1962 for the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and the other sacraments.
Newly ordained Father Todd will celebrate his first solemn high Mass in the Extraordinary Form at St. Patrick’s on Saturday, September 6, 2014 at 10:00 A.M.
Father Stanley Klores has extended an invitation to everyone, especially the Prayer Warriors, to be present at this most solemn but memorable Mass celebrated by Father Todd.
The Eucharistic Adoration Society’s First Friday Devotions will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014 at St. Patrick’s Church. Eucharistic Adoration, Rosary and Confessions will begin at 6:30 p.m. followed by Holy Mass in the Extraordinary Form at 7:00 p.m. Everyone is invited. Security provided.

This weekend we welcome Reverend Michael B. Semana, representing Most Reverend Emmanuel Trance, D.D., who will be speaking at all Masses on behalf of the Missionary Cooperative Plan Appeal for the Diocese of Catarman in the Philippines. This appeal is made under the auspices of the Propagation of the Faith to help with relief needs of children and the poor, formation of lay leaders and our clergy’s continuing education assistance program. The Catarman diocese is one of the poorest in the Philippines. Please be generous.

Bruce’s Dominican name is Brother Reginald, for Blessed Reginald of Orleans, an early disciple and contemporary of St. Dominic who had a great devotion to the Blessed Virgin.
