Crusade for the Conversion of Greater New Orleans
9:00 a.m.—12:00 p.m. Eucharistic Adoration, Rosary, Confession, Novena and Holy Mass. All are invited.
Special prayers are being offered at St. Patrick’s for the success of World Youth Day 2013; for the protection and safe travels of the Holy Father, Pope Francis; and for all the faithful attending this special pilgrimage, especially Sam McGrew and Justin Perry from our parish. St. Patrick’s Respect Life Group will pray a rosary in front of Louisiana’s largest abortion facility, on the corner of Ridgelake Drive and 20th Street in Metairie, Saturday, July 27, 2013 at 9:00 A.M. Everyone is invited!
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) process is the starting place for adults who are thinking about entering the Catholic Church, or returning to the Church. If you, or someone you know, are in the inquiry stage about the Catholic Church, Monday, Sept. 9, 2013 is the starting date of the RCIA process at St. Patrick’s and the best place to have your questions answered. Next Sunday the second collection will be dedicated to the Black and Indian Mission Collection. The Collection has for the last 128 years, helped open that door of faith for Native Americans and African Americans. Please be generous.

Confusion has arisen over the parking fee at the Premier Parking lot on Camp St., near St. Patrick’s Church. The management of the lot has assured the rectory office that no change has been made in their fees. The usual fee for weekend Mass parking is still $2.00 when there are no special events taking place in New Orleans, e.g. Saints football games, large conventions, etc.
